I have been having some very painfull period pains for the last few day and i have been loosing my plug over the last 3 day's so i called my MW and she came round and decided to send me off to hospital.
So iv spent the afternoon there, had a internal and i have lost my plug and have SPD and have an appointment to see the physio tomorrow along with some painkillers that i dont really feel happy about taking, i wont even take paracetamol if i have a headache.
Its been a long day, feel really tired now.
