intense lower back pain at 29 weeks

Iv been having intense back pain since last night. Im not sure if this is just common at this stage or if this is a pre labour sign ??

how can you tell the difference ?

I have never had any back pain at all during my pregnancy

Didn't wanna read n run - I have had back /hip pain on my left side all thru so far waiting for physio next week it gets worse when I'm up n about xx it locked on me one night n bed thought I was dying it was so sore xxx

I understand that no one "knows" what labour feels like until they've experienced it... But...

Does it feel like labour?


When you think about it, how does it come into your head? Is it "is this labour?" Or is it "this is labour".

That's your best answer.
If you're not sure, it's probably not.

I had serious back ache (not pain, just crazy ache) for the last two months. Made me walk like an 80yo.
