Insomnia and ovulation ?

I suffer with chronic insomnia, have done for just over 14 years, I conceived 3 children during this period, I just wondered if anyone else suffers with it and has it had a negative impact on ovulation and ttc ? xx

I dont sleep at all well. I blame it on doing night shifts and my body click being out of sinc. I'm always trying to get more sleep by going to bed early. My OH however is a late night person so we do actually have to compromise most nights if we are planning to BD. I have visions of him popping home after the kids are at school to BD when we are both 'up for it' x
