Inner thigh pains?

Hi girls!
Have any of you experienced this.....
For the last few days I've been experiencing sharp shooting pains at the top of my inner right thigh. The pain isn't constant but the only thing that makes it better is to get up and move around. It's really quite uncomfortable. I thought it's maybe caused by baby lying on a nerve or something but not sure? Do you think this is anything to worry about?

Sounds like SPD.. If it is it will worsen unfortunatly

I had inner thigh pains the other day, but I had done a bit of walking, and DTD after about a week of not getting any...
So put it down to muscle pain... Aint had it since!?
