So I've read very mixed opinions on whether or not to use a warm hotwater bottle/wheat pad during the 2WW to help with implantation.. anybody had BFP and done it? or anyone been advised for or against by a specialist?

Thanks :)

Not done it but I'd be interested to know too. My acupuncturist said to keep my tummy covered (ie don't wear clothes that show my belly, not that I'm likely to lol). Xx

I've only used a hot water bottle in the tww twice and both months I got pregnant. I tried it a third time but was night shift 4 of the days so couldn't continue it! I'll be doing it again as of next month :) a lot of people are against it, and it may be a coincidence but it seems to work for me so I'll be trying it again. Not a boiling water bottle, but hot xx

That's interesting! Thank you. I think I will just try using my wheat pad thing at a warmish temp. The thing I read that advised it said 30-45minutes a night/day, how long did you do it for? xx

Around an hour at night so I'm glad what you read backs that :) xx

Oooo interesting I'm nearly at Implantation stage I may try this!

'They' say your uterus should be warm to encourage implantation - I assumed most uterus's are usually warm anyway! They also say you should wear thick socks at night and always keep your feet warm (something to do with cold feet causing uterus contractions).. I have no idea! lol
