I'm new to this but would like some advice!

Hello everyone, I might as well start from scratch with everything, I had a suspicion I was pregnant because I was getting what I thought were symptoms, my boobs have gone up a bra size, I was having heart burn... Weird feelings in my stomach and a few mornings I woke up feeling sick, was never sick though. So I decided I was going to wait until my period was due to see what would happen, I came on Thursday the 4th which is normally the day I come on, but I was really light and had period pains but they were not strong at all, whereas normally I have bad pains that I can't do anything sometimes, so I took two pregnancy tests both said negative so I left it. Today's my last day on my period as I normally start a new pack of pills on Mondays, the past two days I've been extra light and not getting alot of blood, just discharge. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend today and didnt Think anything of it as I was on my period, I then not long after started to get quite a bit of blood which would be normal on a period, but as I'd had a few days with nothing I was surprised. So anyway, I want to know if it's possible to get pregnant from having unprotected sex on my period, would really appreciate it and peoples opinions...Thanks!!!

It's unlikely that you would get pregnant at this point in your cycle. Most women ovulate in the middle of the cycle (around day 14) and having unportected sex at this time would cause pregnancy. However sperm can live in the body for up to five days. X

So it could be possible if I finish my period and an egg is made in my body as it can be fertilised with the sperm that's still in my body? Xx
