Longer on top and short in to the neck. My hair dresser has hers like it and I love it on blonde hair.

Remember though Tezzy....short hair is HIGH maintenance! You have to style it but I suppose if you had long layers on top you could slap it back with a skinny hair band on the nursery/school run.
