Hi all

its my first post on the tri 2 page, dum de duuum!

I had my scan on Friday and I am now 13+5.

Just wondered when everyone reached that magical 'blooming' stage I here so much about??!!
I still feel like I have been dragged through a hedge (a spiky, wet stinky one at that)

I am wondering if alot if it is because this is my second pg. I have a little boy who will be 3 in May and can only be described as a complete little boy....when I am at home its non stop from 6am until 7pm!
I had nearly 2 months off from work before he arrived, I am thinking about working up until the week before this time as I'm really not sure how much of a good mummy I can be if I can hardly walk and spend half my time on the loo!!

Anyway, back to the point.....please tell me you are 'blooming'!!!!

Welcome to tri 2

I bloomed for about four days last week - now I have mad hair and a spotty chin :(

I hope you bloom for longer than I did!

Well so far I havent 'bloomed' either hun....but heres hoping its gonna happen soon

Ive also developed a spotty chin....how strange! Wonder whether its pregnancy related? Or just sheer coincidence? :?

I'm yet to bloom - I have a spotty chin (bloody hormones) and limp greasy hair.

I'm going to see some friends in about 4 weeks and I really want to look glowing and healthy for then. Might up my water intake in the hope my skin recovers. No idea what to do about my hair though - it's also been really fine and flyway but now it just looks greasy too....considering having it cut drastically.

Hmm, no blooming here either I'm afraid. I do feel better than in tri 1 though if that's any consolation!

so do I actually - maybe we should just congratulate ourselves on that. We survived Tri1 without falling head first down the toilet or our mood swings making us crazy. way hey!

Exactly Frog! That's my personal theory on the "blooming" anyway - it's not really true, it's just that we looked and felt so flippin rough in tri 1 that restoring normality looks like an improvement :rotfl:
