Smoked salmon is fine. Raw salmon is fine too as long as it's been frozen before it's been served. (I'm a massive sushi fan!) Fortunatrely i have a very close friend with a PHD in food science.
Good news girles, you may as well have that runny egg you've been craving too! Don't quote me word for word, the bacteria in eggs is killed at 70+ degrees, an egg is hard boiled at 65+ so just because your egg is hard boiled, it doesn't mean it's any safer!
