I think I scared the baby

this morning I was putting some washing up away when I dropped the metal utensil rack on the side which made a very loud crashing sound, at the same time I felt the baby move so I think I must have made him jump!

You'll be amazed what they can hear, they can distinguish voices and recognise sounds, i.e running water, a theme tune to a TV show you watch daily, running the hoover around etc...they really are so clever. Sudden loud noises etc can make them jump but it won't have done him/her any harm what so ever!! It's great to know they are learning and developing so early on.

mine reacts to things but i not sure what it reacts to as i play the ds and have tv on. my fiance plays on pc and chats to his mates online so alot going on for baby lol

I'm noticing patterns in the movements now... like at the same time of day etc.

My LO seems to like when I'm sitting up or standing best. He's less inclined to move about when I'm laying down.

Jamie used to dance to the bass in clubs when i was pregnant lol, i was still clubbin at 38weeks preggas, the bouncers used to make me stand near an exit incase i went into labour from the bass lol!!!
