i need fatty foods

hi all i weigh 5 stones 7lbs im ttc but been told by docs
to gain more weight anyone know wot i shoulld be eating please help

Id go for baked and new potaotes, lean meats such as pork and chicken with skin off and roast veg with olive oil - fish too if you like it.

Your putting on essential weight then and not any extra, and the spuds will give you energy as carbs burn longer then choc and things like that.

Cereal and milk are heakthy too and make a great meal when you cant be arsed too cook!
