for an egg to be fertilised up to 48 hours after ovulation? I've read on some sites that it is 24 and then on some that it is 48..... am confused...AGAIN!:shakehead:

I have read so many different things on so many different websites, some say 12, some 24 some 48.. I would love to have Mother Nature on speed dial so I could know all of these things  xxx

I think it depends on the person. Some women's eggs will deteriorate in less than 12 hours and others might last more than 48. It's like ovulation - we are all different the experts just have to go on averages. :)
