Hi Nicola.
I would say that if you got a negative then yes it was to early to test. I would wait a few more days then retest. I know it's hard but you wanna try and wait so you can get the most accurate result. They say 10 is very sensitive but again it is very early still. Wait a couple more days then test again. Let us know what happens!
