Its a bit TMI this but.. I'm all pooped out, but I feel like I still need to go?
Its like I've went from having the runs to being constipated within 20mins!

Ive had really loose bowels for a good few days now hun i think its our bodies glushing everything out!

But if its propa runs then u might have a lil bug, hopefully just a 24hr thing!!
Keep an eye in it tho huni, try hving some toast or something to try an harden u up! Xx

Running to the loo is a sign that it could be the start of things, your system flushes itself out before you go into labour. Good luck x
