Hypnobirthing

Hello ladies ! Hope everyone is keeping well !
Does anyone recommend a specific Hypnobirthing book/CD ? I have previously seen threads on here about it but can't remember what they said .

I got the natal hypnotherapy by maggie howell off amazon. I really like it and a few women here found it very useful for birth. I also love the juju sundin book. Really practical! X

Yeap Im using the neo natal hypnotherapy cd got it from amazon and although havent had my baby yet it can definately help you relax XX

The natal hypnotherapy CDs, apart from being British , are tailored towards where you're planning on having LO (ie hospital, birthing centre, home) but they also teach calming and coping techniques so that if your birth doesn't go to plan you are still calm and in control. I used the home birth one and ended up in hospital but the techniques were still valid and helpful. I would recommend them 100%
