How to change layout of colour of forum

Hello,

I thought I read that you could tailor the layout and colour of the forum to suit you but cant work out how to do it. When i go to control panel and go to change the colour it only has blue as an option??

Yeh same for me, I hate the blue but I think maybe they havent put the options yet.
