How stupid can some people be - Baby's dummies

This was on the news here tonight and I couldnt get over how stupid some people would be to do this....

basically, the dummy tit is not empty like the usual type - they are filled with Honey, and some of the dummies are leaking - but wtf would you give a baby a dummy filled with Honey - honey is HIGHLY dangerous to little ones under 12mths

Well it's not going to do their developing teeth much good either!

I'm sure that I had a friend once, years ago, who said she was born premature and she had to be fed honey on a dummy to be saved or something similar.........never really been too sure about that really.

I agree though, it's pretty stupid.

People need to be educated about infant boutitism - it will and can kill a child.

years ago everyone used to put honey on dummies. My mum has raised children in the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s... only in the last 2-3 decades has it become bad.

But now we know, i dont know how theres a market for it.

my parents used to put beer on my brothers dummy to help him to sleep. then they had my 3years later
