how soon after possible implantation bleed could I test?

Hey ladies!

I have been ttc now since last July but only started getting AF in Dec after it taking months for microgynon to get out of my system.

Feel slightly diff this month and am too scared to get my hopes up so wanted some advice...

Last week for 3 days in a row I had v slight spots of blood/slightly pinkish coloured cm once or twice a day when I wiped (sorry if tmi!)...could this possibloy be implantation bleed??

Was 2 weeks since the first day of my last AF.

I've taken several tests since - all BFN but the last couple of days I've had waves of feeling 'yucky' & had a stitch in my left side for almost 2 days straight.

I know I could just be looking for symptoms/imagining things....

If it were an implantation bleed how soon after should a test show as BFP?

If youre day 14 of your cycle then It's prob still to early to test, I'd give it another week and test with and frer, even then you might be a day or two early.

When did you get your spotting? Xx

thanks for the reply FirstBaby! I had the light spotting Mon - Weds last week and it was 2 weeks since 1st day of AF on the Monday so I'm now 3 weeks since last AF if that makes sense. Sorry that my cycle days aren't exact - I've tried to stop testing for ov for fear I was becoming slightly obsessed - hubby and I decided to try and relax and just bd every 2/3 days to see if that works....

it maybe too soon to test and if you are unsure of your cycle day you might just have to wait a little longer, my hats off to you for not poas! hope this is it for you!FX!

Ah i see, you still prob could have tested too early, you're not out till AF arrives.

Thanks, its going ok, had a few complications earlier on and it was a bit touch and go for a while but everything seems ok now

hi that could have been ovulating spotting if it was 14 days after ur af i had this for last 2 cycles b4 i got my bfp,so ur 7dpo now? if so thats a tad to early to get a bfp give it a few more days best of luck xx

thanks ladies I'll try not to test for a few more days at least and will defo let you know. I did read that it could be ov spotting on another post but it's not something I've had before and I don't usually suffer from feeling sicky but that could just be my head messing with me because I want so much to see a bfp!

Ah well, we shall see....

Congrats on your BFP JoJo hope all is going well and FirstBaby am glad to hear pregnancy is going a bit smoother now - fingers crossed it stays that way for the rest of the time!

thank you i had neevr had it in all the yrs i been having afs and babies and just out of the blue there is was i ha dno idea wat the hell it was, our bodies are such pain in bums some times lol xxx
