I've been reading other peoples post with babies of the same age and they seem to be awake most of the day!

thats fine...isla was the same jaundice makes them sleepy i basically had to wake her for almost every feed for the first 6 weeks!

No that's just fine. Some babies like their sleep. :D Olivia slept pretty much constantly. Till she was four months old...

My little boy is 10 weeks and he still sleeps quite a bit during the day.

Wakes once during the night (sometimes not at all).

Think we just have sleepy lil babies hun :)

xx

Dylan is awake ALL day! he is doing better at night though so at least hes got it the right way round.
would be quite nice for him to have a nap at some point in the day so that i could have a rest but he doesnt agree

That sounds fine...just let her sleep hun...don't go waking her, she obviously needs it. :D

i wish my Lo slept in the day a bit more...i'm constantly stressing that she doesn't sleep enough!!! :wall:

Calum loves his sleep. He's gradually being awake a bit more but generally he sleeps for 2-3 hours, wakes for a feed, has a bit of a play/chat with me, nappy change and then goes to sleep for a bit again. He has started being awake for longer in the afternoon/evening but I would say still sleeps for a good 6 hours through the day.

Molly only ever woke up to be fed for the first 6 weeks. For the first 2 weeks we had to wake her up to feed her cos of the jaundice.

Now she sleeps quite a bit during the day some days and hardly any on others.
