How much have you eaten today?

Hi all,

I am interested in how much everyone is eating.

Today I have had

2x brown toast and peanut butter

Tuna sweet corn pasta and lettuce

Chocolate millionaires cake

Salmon, cous cous and salad.

Is that too much or too little?

I am eating loads!
Today I have had
Bowl of sugar puffs
Potato cakes with butter
Bag of cheese and onion crisps and sausage roll
6 pickled onions
Penguin chocolate bar
Pasta with creamy mushroom sauce
Big bag of plain crisps
Chocolate orange cake bar

That's just for now, might have another snack when I get home!
I am eating too much, yours sounds like a much better diet! X
 
I have had;

Half a bowl of cereal, had to bin the rest as I felt sick
About 5 empty ice cream cones
3 pieces of toast
Bacon super noodles
Cadburys buttons
Jacket potato cheese and beans
2 x yogurts
Couple of ice pops

Think that's it, I'm constantly hungry though ATM, if I don't eat frequently I feel really sick and I'm waiting for payday so not had much good stuff to eat lol :( xxx
 
I've had:

Bowl of cereal and a slice of toast for breakfast
Cheese and tomato toasty and a yoghurt for lunch
Mushroom and ham pasta for dinner and an ice cream for dinner

Hmmmm I've now realised how many carbs I've had today!!! Lots of bread, cheese and pasta!
 
I like empty ice cream comes and the wee teddy bear wafers u get too x
 
yesterday I had
2 weetabix with skimmed milk
a frube yoghurt tube thingy
an apple
ham & cheese sandwich on white bread (no butter)
2 maple and rasin scotch pancakes from M&S
homemade chicken stroganoff with rice, mushrooms and peppers (biiiiiiggg portion)
vanilla ice cream, 1 meringue nest and handful of raspberries.

today will be much the same, excpet for evening meal we are having breaded cod with boiled potatoes & veg. I have a banana with my packed lunch and hubby boughtme haribo yesterday, so il prob have some of them (some = whole bag!) ;)
 
Yesterday I had:

A bowl of cereal
Piece of toast with peanut butter
Salad and marmite sandwiches with a packet of crisps
Cheese and biscuits
Chicken and chorizo paella
Lemon sorbet

I'm pretty much back to a normal diet after struggling to eat when I felt really sick. I'm trying not to overeat, but am eating a piece of toast mid-morning and cheese and biscuits mid-afternoon which I wouldn't usually have.
 
Yesterday I had:

Bowl bran flakes
Bowl of tomato and herb pasta
1 miniture twix from a celebrations tin
4 biscuits
chicken, chips and baked beans
 
So far today I have eaten:
A bowl of Special K
2xbrown toast with marmalade
Salad with a handful of pasta & sprinkling of cheese
Bowl of strawberries, blueberries and grape topped with a cherry muller light yoghurt
3x thorntons chocolates

Trying not to eat anymore til tea time but feeling a bit peckish, might have a banana!
 
Today I have had:

A banana
Peanut butter on brown toast
An apple and cream turnover
A yum yum
Chicken salad with a roll
Lasagne and salad and a roll with cheese as I was hungry!

Definitely eclipsing what I ate yesterday!!!

Definitely got to go for a swim tomorrow!!
 
Very piggish today...

2 weetabix and milk.
2 bags of monster munch.
Bowl of healthy (ish) homemade crumble.
Handful of wine gums.
2 reeses peanut butter cups.
Tuna mayo sandwich
Fish, mash and beans (Odd combo)

Safe to say I feel absolutely minging after this junk. Pass me the water.
