How long???

Hi

How long did it take for your LO to get more teeth after the first two bottoms ones?

Evie got her bottom two about a month ago and since then she has been teething really badly, her cheeks look really sore, her bum is red and her nappies are bloomin' awful and still nothing has appeared!

Also for those who bottle feed did you find that your LO refused the bottle more when the top teeth started coming through?
