How long?

    Can anyone tell me how long child and working tax credit claims usually take pleeeeease?

    I put a claim in about 4 months ago and i think it took 2 weeks tops,i would advise ringing them to make sure there are no problems because when i rang they needed one last piece of information off me to start it and no one rang me :think: They then asked me to ring back in 48 hours just to make sure there was nothing else and it was all sorted :D

    I think mine took about 3 weeks but it was back dated to the date DD was born :D

    Ooh, is that when they always backdate it from? That'd be good seeing as he's 6 weeks old now!
