How long??

Hi I had a c section 6 days ago and just wanted to know how long till all the swelling went away. My belly looks so gross right now. I Know I shouldn't care but my clothes don't fit and I look really pregnant still. Also does anyone have advice on how to not get the over hanging bit or excerises to help my jelly belly. Xx

It took about 6 weeks for my swelling to go completely. I do have a big of an overhang from my section but it's not too bad of noticeable. You need to take it easy and remember even though the outside looks healed the insides still healing. Congratulations xxx
