i was in labour 36 hours with kieron, waters didnt break until 30 mins before he was born, and with hannah iwas in labour 12 hours and them emergency c section and again no waters breaking

I had a sweep Thursday morning 9am and i was 2cm dilated and had my show. I was 5cm dilated Friday at 3pm and shortly after that time my waters broke and it started to get painful! I had Ryan at just before half 8 on the Friday night.

i would say from 12.00pm to the next day 11.55, but that was early labour, things kicked off about 9.00pm to 11.55pm

From my waters braking it was just over 37hours but id say i was in full labour for about 4 hours!!!! and pushed for only about half an hour!!!

From 'the start' which was blood when I wiped, to her being born was 13 hours. I had to have my waters broken about 2 hours before she was born because her movements had slowed down.....worth every minute though

Mine was 18 hrs, in total. I had my show at midnight, contractions got painful and close together by about 4 am, waters broke at midday and she was born at half 6 that evening. I had forcep delivery in the end though as the pushing bit was 5 and a half hours but she was stuck.

With DD from first contraction to her being born was 14 hours. With DS from very first contraction to him being born was 7 hours. My waters broke minutes before they were born with both, and the labour pains only became really really bad about a hour before they came (still manageable with gas and air though).

Waters broke at midnight, first contraction came 2 minutes later, they were every 5 minutes straight away and Austin was born at 2:32am!

With my first it was 37 hrs of pain... Started about 10 hrs after a sweep.

With my second 4 hours from starting to wonder if it might be starting to his head popping out! Within 7 hours of that moment (wondering if it had started) I was home with baby!!! He was back to back to which are supposed to be longer labours...

With my first I had a show and started to feel uncomfortable at 2:30am and had him at 9:29am, so 7hrs. Although in my notes my labour is down as 4 hrs 30 mins as my waters broke at 5am and I only had painful contractions from when my membranes ruptured.

With my second I was having contractions from 9:30 am ish but couldn't feel them really (I only knew because I was having a CTG)...I started feeling contrations from 10:45am, waters broke at 12:10pm and I had her at 12:45pm, so 2hrs.
