Long story cut short 44yr old ttc 20 months, regular periods, some months bbt chart shows temp rise indicating ovulation. This last cycle I had zero cm and bbt temp stayed low indicating anovulatory cycle. My question is I'm 1 day late for af now, negative htc, when should you expect af after anovulation cycle ?. xx

Hmm difficult to say. When I have this I tend to still ovulate, although much much later on. For example I have ovulated on CD79 before now, so then AF would come 14 days later. If your body keeps trying to release an egg (which mine will, usually every two weeks it will try again) then you may just have to wait for late ovulation. On some occasions though you won't ovulate at all and you will bleed instead when your body decides that your lining is now too heavy. It is very frustrating but I find there is no pattern at all and therefore have no idea when to expect AF. Hope it isn't too long for you.

Ah, thanks snowbee, that would explain why my opk has quite a dark line, not positive but how it looks a day before a positive. How annoying though, pity we have no control over our bodies lol. x

I would keep doing the opks and temping then as that should keep you clued in!
