    Hi girls

I'm only 7DPO (FF says 8DPO but I think it's 7), but have come over feeling really rather sick since 10:15 but I've not been sick. It's bad enough to stop me eating lunch and nobody I know has a sickness bug. It is probably just chance that I feel sick but out of interest how early did you feel nauseous before you found out you were pregnant? I know we are all very individual but just wondered xx

    Hi broody2013. Congrats! :)

I started to feel nauseous bye end of 6 week. Its much better now at 8 weeks.
I have read so many things already. Try ginger cookies. Fruit also helped me. Like papaya. Its refreshing. Sparkling water, just 3 sips, also helps a bit. Drinking water in the morning after you wake up, if you throw up, at least its only water and cleanses your stomach. Ginger tea, just not too hot. No spicy food or fired food for me, it increased my nausea. Oh! Yogurts! That helps, it calmed my stomach as well.

Hope u start feeling fine soon. Aparently nausea can last for a while. Or it can go away after 3 to 2 weeks. I'm better now, but yesterday night was awful. Only managed toast and water.

    :)

Mine kicked in at week 6...the only way to cope seems to be lots of little snacks on an almost hourly basis

I started getting nauseous at week 9,was fine up until then. Today was the first time I've been physically sick (10+3). Hope that doesn't continue! I bought stem ginger today as the shop had no ginger biscuits.. I thought it was helping for a while

I'm 9w today, nausea is 24/7. I'm sick every morning, my nausea started about a week after I did my test, I think I have had morning sickness for about three weeks now xx
