had constant dizzy spells since last fri made worse by sitting, standing and walking, docs have checked me over and bp etc is fine, eating and drinking.

obviously im going to feel it more in this oregnancy as with first i was out of work and didnt have another child to chase after so anyone got any ideas how to ease it?

Fraid not hun, I've been getting them for weeks and it's just been a case of sit down and have a drink/something to eat to shift it...

Although if you find a way to stop them happening so much let us know!! xx

well the only thing that helps is lying on your LEFTdue to a main artery or something but as soon as i move it starts again :(

Laying on my left side has done nothing for me... It's the most UNcomfortable position, always makes me feel sick etc etc... But hey :) trust me to be backwards! Ha ha... Nahh I find something sugary helps give ya an energy boost and shifts the light headedness... Along with takin it slow :) xx

I find having something like a banana to eat helps for a bit, I try to eat little and often. I get up slowly too, if I forget that triggers it!

Im the same! Its the one position I hate to sleep in and find the hardest to actually fall asleep!

I Know exactly how you feel! i had it really bad with my daughter when was carrying her, having it twice as bad with this one, everytime i stand up even for a few moments i feel sick and wanna faint, there is however only been once where ive completely blacked out and fallen on floor whilst on phone to my daughters dad! he came rushing over in a flash tho lol! my advice is to drink plenty of water, when you start to feel dizzy jus sit down, or lie down put feet up :)
