How do i get pictures from my computer to a topic

I havent got a clue how to download pictures from my computer to a topic i have a request for nursery pics but can i hell put them on here anyone help?[/list]

go to http://www.photobucket.com/

then load a imagin on to there then use the bottom link that says image
copy and paste it on the your message
