Never seen the sign that gave it away lol but yes the answer is both really.
If u show it to a child they will nearly always notice the dolphins (apparently, but those who have older kids could test it for us ) but its only the more pure adults that see the dolphins and the rest of us that see the man and woman

my 5 yr old daughter showed me the dolphins

13 year old - two people doin' it
8 yr old - a married man and lady - he did at least emphasise married
5 yr old - first of all a baby : , then dolphins

OH is still in bed, but I bet he won't see dolphins even when we show him
