How did your first contractions feel?

Well with me my hind waters went first ( although we thought it was normal waters lol) at 4am. Went in to hosp who said if i didnt go into proper labour by next day to come in at 8am. Throughout the day I simply got period pain in and off which got worse. Then I got some blood (tmi) so called the labour ward who asked me to come in about 9pm and I was 4cms. So was like getting period cramps on and off for me to start with xx

Mine were mild pretty much up to 7cm (then they got worse)they were never very regular. I could talk through them all, I only went into hospital as my eaters broke whilst I was on the phone to triage. Otherwise, I would have had a silent ish labour up to that point.
