how could a flat hard floor be so comfortable.....

Not sure if anyone agrees, but when you have litrally had enough of back ache and pain, to relieve it you lie on a flat hard floor and it works wonders. I feel a few clicks here and there but once I lie out for a few minutes then get back up, it actually really helps. Just in case any of you ladys are stuggeling give it ago as it really does help. xxx
 
I started doing this at about 27 weeks when my back pain was getting awful! I think it's because subconsciously I'm so worried that my back is going to click that I keep it arched without knowing, so if I lay on the floor, it forces my spine to go straight, it feels amazing!
