Hot water bottle??

Hiya ladies

Been getting mixed reviews from different sites, can you use a hot water bottle when pregnant? Iam 30 weeks bit scared in case I crnt so before I do thought I would ask

This, and a MW suggested the same. Although she also suggested a warm 'wheat' bag for my round ligament pain at the base of my bump

i think in early pregnancy its a no no but i think at your stage its more than okay especially if it gives you comfort!x

My understanding is that it should be alright but it shouldn't be hot enough to leave a mark on your skin, kind of like they say with bath temperature.
