I have been getting hot flashes ALL day and this hot weather is making it worse!!! i just want to lay in the middle of my garden naked and have my boyfriend spray me with the hose! so hot anyone else this hot!?! it's awful!! xx

I'm struggling someone suggested I put Icepacks under my arms and knees to help cool off, so I'm going to try that later!
