I've been looking all over, we want a cottage by the sea somewhere in July.

Which seaside Urchin?
My friend has a gorgeous house in the old town in scarborough, can get ya free tickets to sea life centre too lol
Not sure if she's still doing summer rentals or permanent lets, shes travelling in south america at mo, but ill let you know. xx

Not really fussed which coast, we're looking at South Wales, Cornwall etc. Just don't want it to be too many hours drive from Birmingham.

Finally booked one today..I'm so excited, we're going with our best friends and their son who will be 1 when in July when we've booked.

This is where we're staying, 500 yards form the beach (though a woody walk past a waterfall!), and it has it's own playroom for mason full of toys!
