HM revenue and Customs losing 2 CD's containing every parents details and childrens personal details.. d.o.b, addresses national insurance number etc.. they were sending out letters of apologies to everyone but managing to mess that up too

If you do get one (and what a bloody waste of time, paper and money ) make sure you rip it up or shred it, don't put it in the recycling, as it has ALL your personal details on name, address, national insurance number, child benefit number. Guess what, if it falls in to the wrong hands, its all the information someone needs to steal your identity
