Hiccups

Hurray!!!

My baby had hiccups twice over the weekend. I don't know why but I've been looking forward to it.
It felt quite strange like a rhythmic bumping on my pelvis (which isn't surprising as it was a rhythmic bumping on my pelvis).
Anyway, thought I'd share that.

19 working days until maternity leave

 

Little Damien has hiccups at least twice a day for about 10 minutes!! Sometimes he has random short bursts too - feels so funny. Been feeling them for ages now though I was never sure if it was him kicking rythemically at first or not.

Can't rememeber why they do it though! OH says it breathing practice?? Is it?!

I get this too...it's kind of startling but I think baby hiccups are much more rapid than ours. It made me laugh..almost like being tickled inside it was!

I love it when he gets Hickups I think it is sweet! Mainly in the morning so I get woken up by my belly wobbling, poor thing!
