I hope your all doing ok.
Some have you may know that I had my baby last week, Wednesday 24th.
It has been a crazy few days since, of hospital then visitors and breastfeeding and nappy changing and lack of sleep!!
Your world does get turned upside down for a while but in a good way!
So enjoy your time!
Anyway, not been able to get on here but will post my birth story very soon.
Anyone thinking of hypnobirthing I strongly recommend it!!
I went from 0 - 10 cm dilated in the space of 3 1/2 with no drugs whatsoever only breathing and tens machine.
Compared to my first birth that was truly amazing!!

Lovely name. And I am honoured to share my birthday with your little princess!

Sounds like a great birth experience, I will bear that in mind for our no. 2 and give the hypnobirthing another shot.

I did do it the book Torino , I don't know if you did when you tried it.3 x weekly from 32 wks and then daily from 37 wks.i also read all the book. Oh and I eat 6 or more dates daily from 37 wks which is also meant to speed things up!!

yes maggie howell thats the one, i put it on my cd walkman if couldnt sleep in the night and always fell to sleep with it!!
But it goes into your sub concious as i was very relaxed through my whole birth! xxx
