Hi guys needing some help please ?!

I am now 5 weeks late with my period. My last period began the 21st November and lasted 5 days.
I've had brown discharge in between and still getting it but nothing heavy and it sometimes goes a light brown/ pink. Sorry for tmi. I've taken loads of test which are bfn, I haven't tested since last week now . But I thought id check and see if I was ovulating and I stated taking the ovulation tests last week, they have all pretty much been positives. I'll attach pics .
My boobs are now killing me and I'm super exhausted (currently off work as I've zero energy)
Has anyone had this before or can give me advice? My doctors referred me for a scan but that's not for another 12 weeks.

Did you know an opk isn't positive unless the line is as dark as the control line?

Yeah but two of them are the same , just one was slightly more faded

Sometimes you can get positive OPK when your pregnant.
Why don't you pay for a private scan ?

Oh really? I didn't know this!
I might look into a private scan so I can get piece of mind, I'm so tired and I'm aching all over especially my sides and back! Xxx
