Hen to go the doctors

Ruby has had diarrhea now for nearly 5 days I did take her the walk in as she was also being sick and we lips and hands turning blue and they said it was jut viral . But it's been 5 days now her diarrhea is getting no better and she hasn't ate in 5 days . The nurse did say it could last up to a week but I don't know if I should take her just incase
