I'm 25 weeks

I had an ultrasound and they said I had a light bleed on my placenta they said the it was the top and the bottom was fine...I asked the doctor what could have happned and she said i could have bumped my stomach or something but i dont remeber any of that happening...and ive been really worried since has anyone ever heard of your placenta just bleeding

I haven't heard of this but I thought I'd give you some of these The doctor would be the best person to tell you whether this is something to worry about or not. It sounds like they are not worried so that would be a good sign. Did they organise a follow up appointment to check everything was OK later? If not, that would also indicate that things are OK.

they didnt schedule my next appointemnt till feb 7th

Id think them leaving such a gap between appointments is a good sign
I know you'll still be worried, you cant help it
If you our still concerned ring your docs for reassurance.
Im sure everything is fine with you little bubba
