Hi ladies I'm around 4 weeks pregnant ive had abit of a cold the last few days I've come out in loads of cold sores and brought up phlem for a few days now (I'm not coughing it up) and I've just noticed bits of blood is this ok??

Blood in your phlegm?
Are you sure its blood? Not just some colouring from anything you've just eaten?

Blood in phlegm isn't good
Has your nose bled? If so you might have ingested it

Id say keep an eye if it does it again, if so, see the GP

As for the cold sores, youre just run down. I recommend compeed patches x

Well it looks like blood! No I haven't ha a nose bleed just had a little bit of a stuffy noes the last few days and been bringing up phlegm since I've had the cold so I thought maybe the strain!
