Help!

    I'm so constipated :( and so bloated! The sonoprather at my scan said in really gassy , what can
    I take to release this? I'm in pain and so uncomfortable :( x

    Go see your GP lactulose is safe for pregnant ladies. But avoid any senna products.
    Hate to state the obvious but fruits and cereals will help with fibre. Dried apricots work wonders at releasing gas.... Lol x

    I was constipated yesterday bad so made a smoothie with pears and bananas. Tasted yuck and downed it and felt worse for little while but worth it this morning :) xx

    You can get lactulose from the pharmacist. I mixed it with fresh orange juice and really tried to eat some fruit. I took it once and it really helped. I've not needed to use it again despite still eating crap!

    All Bran Golden Crunch for breakfast too, amazing stuff and doesn't taste like cardboard like All Bran does!

    I've *really* struggled with constipation, Tesco Chemist do a big bottle of lactulose solution for a couple of quid, it's excellent :)
