Help!!

My body is upto something but not quite sure what! Since I woke up this morning I've had backache and pains/cramps down my left side even my hip seems sore,I feel quite sicky,been to the toilet the passes few days for bowel movement which is very unlike me,my boobs are so tender and nipples are sore to touch,feel light headed aswell and warm. Anyone help me out?xx

I don't feel unwell tho. Still having these pains,maybe go to the docs,just to get checked over x

They could be symptoms, but if it's concentrated pain maybe a trip to.the docs would be an idea hun x

Thanks hun,the pains not as bad as it was earlier..still feel it now and again. It's more crampy/pinching feeling now. X

I've had really sore boobs for the past 3/4 days now..it's mostly my right 1 tho. My right nipple is so sore,can't even touch it. Anyway just noticed a white spot on it..anyone know what this could be? Also noticed they are darker and harder more..xx
