it might be worth getting a crib or moses basket with one of them bars that go on the top, then getting the bedding like below might save you alot more money especialy as £700 is alot of money for something they will be in for like 5 months tops

i just got this exact crib and bedding from ebay near my house pick up for £45. it really is gorgeous.

i said to my mum its the type of thing id have seen in a shop that is gorgeous but i could never afford it.
