HELP*******Spider Veins!********

I have noticed these appearing all through my pregnancy. I have them all over my chest and back of my shoulders and three on my face. Little round spider veins. Last night one big one appeared on my boob. Wasn't there when I went to bed and about 3am when I needed to loo it appeared. It looks like a love bite. I've read these things disappear after the birth but by then I will look like a giant spider vein.

Is anyone else suffering from them or has suffered from them in previous pregnancies and do they go?

I wish I had some useful advice for you! If it makes you feel any better I have got huge viens all over me! but hoping it is just down to bad circulation and they will go away after baby is born
