Ok so i had my period a day early last time (1st july) and it lasted 5 days but the last 2 was spotting.
Iv just started what should by my ovulation week and for the past few days i feel extremly bloated, with pinchy sensations to the left of my belly button. Plus had a few headaches and im a little constipated.
Also have ewcm
Would this have anything to do with ov? Iv never had it before
