It's not impossible but from what you've said it's very unlikely.

The only way to know is to get a test hun. Have you got a family planning clinic near to you? They will do a free test for you and you could also talk to them about some extra protection. Condoms are absolutely essential. You must use them to protect yourself from STIs. Having an implant or taking the pill will protect you from pregnancy but not from disease.
