help please hubbys ill :(

hiya, just have a question hubby is really sick.
i no he can drink flat lemonade aswell as water but how do i make it flat??
just going to buy some soon for him.

also he can eat dry toast and buiscuits anything else?
i dont get sick very often so not sure how to do things

if he's vomiting, he shouldn't eat anything till its worn off

flat lemonade, give it a little shake and then open the lid and let the gas out (note LITTLE you do not want to shake up for ages....) and keep repeating...

How about some nice soup or something really bland like scrambled eggs, anything to keep his strength up

an easy way to make fizzy drinks flat is to pour it in the glass and stir it with a metal spoon. takes all the fizz away and doesnt ruin the whole bottle.

If you dip a piece of newspaper into a fizzy drink it removes the fizz.
