help!im high risk

i recently had my second blood test and have been put in the high risk category, i refused the amnio and the consultant i saw said there was no alternative but i have heard about a detailed scan and also 4d scans that can help put me in the lower the risk if the scan shows the baby has no illnesses, i cant stop worrying about it, should i get in touch with my midwife and discuss these options with her
