Help, I'm going crazy.

So my period is normally on or around the 15th of the month. On the 13th I started wiping light blood in the evening. I expected to start my normal period the next morning but I just got spotting all day. I was very nauseous most of the day. This morning I woke feeling really ill thinking I was going to throw up but didn't and then I started getting period cramps and slightly heavier blood. I filled one medium size tampon and now it has stopped. I am normally very heavy in my periods, could I be pregnant? also my boobs are very sore.

I did a hpt but it was negative but it says your supposed to use morning wee and it was afternoon because I really want to know. This may sound strange but my period blood normally has a distinctive smell but the light blood I'm getting atm is sweet smelling. Could that be a sign?

Best thing to do is use a sensitive test with your first wee of the day tomorrow morning. All the best!
